How to use sleeping bag
1. Please fully stretch the sleeping bag 1-2 days before outdoor sports, which will help to give full play to its warmth retention performance in the wild. Put the sleeping bag in a compression bag before you set off.
2. Do not wear a jacket to enter the sleeping bag in a cold environment. It is recommended to only wear underwear to sleep, which will help to quickly increase the temperature in the sleeping bag and the comfort of sleep.
3. In the camp, if time permits, turn the sleeping bag out in the morning and place it on the top of the tent or in a dry, ventilated, and sunny environment to help dry the sleeping bag, but avoid strong sunlight during the day.
4. When storing, you can roll up the sleeping bag once to squeeze out most of the air. Then unfold the sleeping bag and place the sleeping bag irregularly into the compression bag from the tail. It is not recommended to put it in a compression bag in a rolling way, because long-term regular rolling will accelerate the aging of the sleeping bag face cloth due to unbalanced forces. 5. The down sleeping bag fabric is waterproof or water repellent, but if the weather is extremely humid on the way, please seal the sleeping bag with a plastic bag to prevent humid air from entering the sleeping bag. Sleeping bags are tricky. People who can’t “sleep” will feel cold even when using a high cold (-35°) sleeping bag at a normal low temperature (-5°).
