Choose warmth of sleeping bag
The so-called warmth or comfort refers to the temperature conditions under which this sleeping bag can maintain your sleeping comfort. This indicator is generally composed of three data, a minimum temperature: refers to the lowest limit temperature of the sleeping bag, lower than this temperature is dangerous for the user. There is also an intermediate temperature; it refers to the ideal temperature at which the sleeping bag is most comfortable to use. The maximum temperature refers to the upper limit of the temperature range, above this temperature, the user will be too hot to bear. When choosing this indicator, you can refer to the following steps:
1. Estimate the temperature conditions under which you will camp. Although this value varies with seasons and climates, in most cases, the sleep conditions of the average traveler are between minus 7 degrees Celsius and minus 7 degrees Celsius.
2. Make appropriate adjustments to the above estimated temperature according to your personal preferences and the specific circumstances you may face.
3. According to the adjusted temperature value, refer to the warmth (comfort) provided by the manufacturer to choose a sleeping bag. It should be noted that since the standards of various manufacturers are not uniform, the value provided by the manufacturer is only a reference, and is not absolutely applicable under any circumstances.
